Tony earned both his B.B.A. and M.B.A. in Accounting and Taxation from Pace University, New York, New York. He is also a New York State licensed real estate broker, holding a life insurance agent license at New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Tony is the president of Chinese American Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountings and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is currently serving as the Director of The Council for a Cleaner Chinatown Inc. (since 1994), Chinatown Manpower Inc. (since) 1998 and Oversea Chinese Mission Inc. (since 1996), the largest nondenominational Chinese Christian church in NYC Chinatown. He is also the financial advisor of Chinese Christian Herald Crusade Inc. and Chinese Gospel Broadcasting Center Inc.
