Alice Yong established her own certified public accounting firm in 1986. She has built up her reputation as a dedicated, knowledgeable accountant. Her clients include variety of businesses, such as retail, mortgage bankers, lawyers, doctors, restaurants, fashion industry, wholesale, manufacturing, construction, transportation, franchise, real estate and not-for profit.

On January 1, 2008, she joined Wei, Wei & Co., LLP as one of the five founding partners.
